There are various function performed by CDSCO under the Drug and cosmetics Act, 1940. It is online process where user can apply ,track, check and Ask queries for NOC, licenses , registration certificates, permission and approvals and download the permission issued by CDSCO.

User have to log in on the portal of CDSCO(www.cdscoonline.gov.in) and fill the information by sign up.so the administration check request made by user and either approves or reject the user registration. User receives a mail approval or rejection, so if approved user can log in and if not receives a reason for rejection mentioned in the mail. 

Who can register for CDSCO online portal?

Corporate, Indian Agent, Importer, Foreign Enterprise holding Indian Subsidiary, Cosmetics, Ethics Committee, Formulation R&D Organization, BA/BE Approved Sites, Sponsors(BA/BE & CT) 

How will I login to CDSCO online portal ?

Frist go to homepage and check on ‘sign in’ under with you will get a link named ‘Sign up Here’ then fill the details and upload the document required with a proper official email id on with all the correspondence activity’s would be done. After your email id gets verified then check further action on register email id. Where you are been required to send the hard copy of document submitted. After which you will get your login credentials on register email id.

I am not able to receive Email or SMS service from CDSCO Portal? 

Check your Junk/Spam folder, so if you receive mail in junk/spam folder then save “cdscoonline-noida@cdac.in” in your contacts and if not, then please contact to Administrator by “Report a problem” section on home page of CDSCO Portal.

If you have selected the option to receive SMS at the time of registration then only you will receive SMS alerts. If done check DND (Do not disturb) settings in your phone. If not, then please contact to Administrator by “Report a problem” section on home page of CDSCO Portal.  

What are the steps to submit a form to any division of CDSCO?

Steps to be followed:

Frist login to your credentials then go to “Submit Application” link on dashboard, then select the division and the required form and then proceed. Please read the mandatory guidelines displayed on this webpage. 

I am not able to find submitted or saved application?

Go toSaved (Draft) Applications on dashboard where you can find the application saved on draft mode. Each application will have different Action and Status depending on the application submission stage then you can make a desired change by action column and then selecting the desired action. 

For Submitted Applicationlogin to your credentials then go to “Submitted Application Displayed” webpage which contains all submitted application. Click on Action to view the submitted form and checklist document and take a desired action. 

 How do I get Endorsement/Re-registration on the RC issued to me earlier by CDSCO office?

If you have an issue in fresh or Re-registered RC in the year 2012 or later then log in to your credentials >> menu (on left hand side of displayed dashboard)>> Permissions owned >> Add RC detail link and then enter the details.

How do I get Endorsement/Renew on the Import License issued to me earlier by CDSCO office?

If you have a issue in fresh or Re-renewed Import License issue in the year 2012 or later then log in to your credentials >> menu(on left hand side of displayed dashboard)>> Permissions owned >> Add import license detail link and then enter the details on the displayed webpage. 

What steps to follow to check the historical data I have submitted online in CDSCO portal?

Login to your credentials link on Menu (on left hand side of displayed dashboard)>> Permissions owned. Then following option will be displayed .Follow below steps to view your online submitted historical data on CDSCO portal:

  • ‘Saved as Draft’, if file is in draft mode. 
  • ‘Submitted to CDSCO’, if file is submitted to CDSCO. 
  • ‘Verified by CDSCO’, if details are verified and approved by CDSCO officials. 
  • ‘Rejected by CDSCO’, if details are rejected by CDSCO officials. 

After submitting my historical data, if I am not able to apply for Endorsement/ Re-registration against it?

If you face a problem for Endorsement/Re-registration after submitting the details then check status of your submitted application. You would be able to apply only if your submitted details get approve by CDSCO i.e. its status is ‘Verified by CDSCO’.
Login with your credentials>>Menu >> View Permissions Owned  

  • ‘Saved as Draft’, if file is in draft mode.

  • ‘Verified by CDSCO’, if details are verified and approved by CDSCO officials. 
  • ‘Rejected by CDSCO’, if details are rejected by CDSCO officials. 

How do I answer a raised query?

Login in to your credentials view submitted application if the status is Query raised then go to in Action Column and click ‘view/Modify checklist’ link and upload the revised document against the checklist item of which query has been raised by CDSCO officials. 

What is status tracking processon my submitted application?

You can View submitted applications, in the displayed webpage check the ‘Status’ column to view status of submitted application.

What user roles are available in SUGAM PORTAL?

SUGAM portal is an online service provided by CDSCO it is a single window interface for stake holders to access online services. So to apply for any form user need to register on the portal So for users of SUGAM portal, switch role is the functionality provides possessing in multiple roles. 

A user from pharmaceutical industry can possess roles of corporate/Indian Agent /Importer/sponsor. The applications & data pertaining to each role will be accessed through its individual dashboard but through the same login ID. It is for this purpose switch role functionality is available on the portal.
